Odd Label Ltd accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard,
JCB, Maestro & Solo and trade online using WorldPay, a
reputable service on a secure server with all the known secure

Refund and exchange
We are happy to exchange your product if you are not entirely
satisfied. Refunds will be given only in case of a damaged
product sent to you by us.
You have up to 14 days (from the date of
shipment) to return the product you are not satisfied with.
If your ‘odd’ package was damaged in shipment,
we will gladly refund all shipping charges. Remember to
save your invoice as your receipt.
Please use a Recorded Delivery service
to make sure your parcel reaches us, and retain your receipt
for postage. We cannot be held responsible for items that
go missing in the post. A ‘proof of posting' form
will not be sufficient.
All items should be returned unworn and with labels intact
within 14 days (from the date of shipment)– for hygiene
reasons, we can only accept garments that have not been
worn.
To return merchandise to
Odd:
1. Use the ’return’ box on your invoice to indicate
which item and why you are returning it.
2. You may receive an exact replacement for the item(s)
or receive a refund if the item was sent damaged by us.
Replacement items will be shipped to you free of charge.
It will be sent to the address on the invoice. If the address
is incorrect, please provide a new shipping address on the
returned invoice.
3. If you are due a refund, we will credit the credit card
originally used.
